Saturday Workshop is Full.

That's right, the workshop on May 2nd is now full! I still have seats open for the workshop on the 28th of this month. I am thinking of offering another weekend class in the near future, so if you can't come during the week and think you may be interested, shoot me an email! Thanks!!

Mommy Workshop 101

Okay, it seems like everyday I have someone asking me how to use their camera, or if I am going to have a workshop on how to make snapshots better. So, I have decide to go go ahead and offer it up! The workshop will cover, composition, the basics of your camera, and how to use it. It will also, cover some of the basic lighting techniques, we will go over how to capture the moment.  After, we get done discussing we will practice on my own kiddos! At first, I thought you could bring your own kids, but after much thought- have determined it would be easier this way, and you won't have to get upset at your own kids!!! LOL! I would like for you to have a DSLR to bring with you, but we can make it work with any camera that you may have.

So, the dates, I have in mind are April 28 from 9:00- 12:00- or, Sat. May 2 12:00- 3:00- Both sessions will be at my house in Meridianville. You can pick whichever date is better for you. The workshop is only one of the dates. Not both days.

Seats are limited so that we can keep it a smaller group, so call as soon as possible if you know you are interested!

What you need to bring:

 Your camera, and manual

A notebook and a pen

The cost: $69 for about 3 hours of learning!

This workshop is not for those of you who are trying to start your own business, and it will not cover any post editing, or business related material. It is strictly for you to learn how to use your camera and apply that with your daily snapshots, so that you don't miss the moment!!

There will be plenty of snacks for you to munch on while you are here and a great time of learning!

smokin' engagement.

This is one of my many couples that I will be shooting their wedding this year! This was the engagement session, which was a really, stormy day! The wind from the storm made for some awesome images though! As we were ending the session, the bottom almost fell out and we managed to make it to the cars just in time! It was really fun though, I had a great time with you two, Laura and Brad! The next time I see you, it will be your big day! So exciting! Hope you love these~ I do!!!

three today!

Happy Birthday Anna Kate! Today my baby turns three! It is hard to believe~ it seems like yesterday when she was born at 2:00 in the morning, all five pounds of her! For her birthday, she wanted a hair cut, so here are her before and after pictures. It was so funny, she kept saying,"I look disserent, I am so excited!"- So sweet!I have yet to take her out to do a real session with her for three year pictures, but when I do, I will be sure and post them! don't know what I would do without this joy in my life, thank you God for this precious child!
