I am just so sick of the weather, the cold and the rain/snow around here! So, I thought maybe we could welcome spring by having a good sale!!! This isn't just any sale, this is the mother of all sales! So, if you haven't had a session in forever, now is your chance. For the next month session fees are $50 (for a 45 minute session) and prints are all going to be 25% off!!! WOOHOO!!! This isn't just for regular sessions either, this also includes weddings!!! The wedding collections are all going to be 25% off! So, depending on which collection you like, this could save you a $1000!!! So what are you waiting for?? If you have been trying to decide, now is the time to jump!!!
I have also had a ton of you good folks asking for workshops again, so I think I am going to absolutely have one!! They are so fun and I get kind of a mommy break so why not!! The next workshop is going to be Friday March 5th from 9-12-Depending on the weather, we may head to our farm for this workshop or if it isn't so great, we will just have it at the house! Either way, we will get outside and learn!!!
The workshop will cover, composition, the basics of your camera, and
how to use it. It will also, cover some of the basic lighting
techniques, we will go over how to capture the moment. If time allows
after all of the discussion, we will practice on my own kiddos! At
first, I thought
you could bring your own kids, but after much thought- have determined
it would be easier this way, and you won't have to get upset at your
own kids!!! LOL! I would like for you to have a DSLR to bring with you,
but we can make it work with any camera that you may have.Seats are limited so that we can keep it a smaller group, so call as soon as possible if you know you are interested!
What you need to bring:
Your camera, and manual
A notebook and a pen
The cost: $69 for about 3 hours of learning! Also, this time around
you will need to prepay over the phone with a debit/credit card, to
guarantee your seat. You can reach me at 256.361.5653-
This workshop is not for those of you who are trying to start your own business, and it will not cover any post editing, or business related material. It is strictly for you to learn how to use your camera and apply that with your daily snapshots, so that you don't miss the moment!
OK, looking forward to all of the fun, I will leave you with a few pictures of my niece, Wren Olivia, that was born on the 15th!!! She is so pretty!!! Congratulations Adam and Kim and I cannot wait to get my hands on her again! Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your special day!!! It means everything!
